- 1. NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) is a national level entrance exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to undergraduate medical and dental courses in India.
- 2. The NEET result is usually declared within a month of the exam. Candidates can check their results on the official NTA website using their login credentials.
- 3. The NEET result is displayed in the form of a scorecard, which includes the candidate's name, roll number, category, marks obtained in each subject, total marks, and percentile score.
- 4. The NEET result also includes the candidate's All India Rank (AIR) and category-wise rank. This rank is used for admission to medical and dental colleges across India.
- 5. To qualify in NEET, candidates must score the minimum qualifying marks as specified by the NTA. For general category candidates, the minimum qualifying marks is 50th percentile, while for SC/ST/OBC candidates, it is 40th percentile.
