Aurelie Dupont is a French ballet dancer and former étoile of the Paris Opera Ballet. She was born on January 15, 1973 in Paris, France.
Dupont began her training at the Paris Opera Ballet School at the age of 10 and joined the company in 1989.
She quickly rose through the ranks and was promoted to the rank of étoile, the highest rank in the company, in 2002.
Dupont is known for her elegant and lyrical style of dancing, as well as her strong technique and emotional depth.
Throughout her career, she has danced leading roles in a wide range of classical and contemporary ballets, including Swan Lake, Giselle, Romeo and Juliet, and La Bayadère.
Dupont has also worked with some of the world's most renowned choreographers, such as Rudolf Nureyev, Maurice Béjart, and William Forsythe.
