On December 10, 2021, a shooting occurred at UPMC Memorial Hospital in York, Pennsylvania.
The shooter, identified as 46-year-old Michael C. Warren, entered the hospital with a firearm and began shooting.
The shooting resulted in the death of one person, a 52-year-old man who was identified as a hospital employee.
