- 1. Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main) is a national level entrance exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to various undergraduate engineering programs in India.
- 2. The exam is conducted in two sessions - January and April. Candidates can choose to appear for either one or both sessions.
- 3. JEE Main consists of two papers - Paper 1 for admission to B.E./B.Tech courses and Paper 2 for admission to B.Arch/B.Planning courses.
- 4. The exam is conducted in online mode (computer-based test) and consists of multiple-choice questions. Paper 1 comprises of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics while Paper 2 comprises of Mathematics, Aptitude Test, and Drawing Test.
