La Rambla

La Rambla is a famous street in Barcelona, Spain. It is a wide, tree-lined pedestrian boulevard that stretches for 2 km (0.75 miles) from Plaça de Catalunya in the center of the city to the Christopher Columbus Monument at the waterfront. Along the way, it passes through the Gothic Quarter and is lined with numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, and street performers. It is a popular tourist destination and is often crowded with people. La Rambla is also home to some of Barcelona's most iconic landmarks, including the Gran Teatre del Liceu opera house, the Boqueria market, and the Palau de la Música Catalana concert hall.
