Royal Chapel of Granada

The Royal Chapel of Granada is a 15th-century Gothic-style chapel located in the city of Granada, Spain. It was built by the Catholic Monarchs, Isabella I of Castile and Ferdinand II of Aragon, as the burial site for their remains and those of their descendants. The chapel is part of the larger complex of the Royal Monastery of San Jerónimo, which was built in the same period. The chapel is renowned for its ornate interior, which is decorated with a variety of artworks, including paintings, sculptures, and stained glass windows. The chapel is also home to the tombs of Isabella and Ferdinand, as well as their daughter Joanna of Castile and her husband Philip I of Castile. The chapel is open to the public and is a popular tourist attraction in Granada.
