Hakone Tozan Railway

The Hakone Tozan Railway is a mountain railway located in Hakone, Japan. It is a narrow gauge railway that runs from Odawara Station to Gora Station, with a total length of 7 kilometers. The railway is known for its steep grades, which reach a maximum of 1 in 18.5, and its many curves, which make it a scenic ride. The railway is also known for its unique rolling stock, which includes the "Romancecar" series of electric multiple units, as well as steam locomotives. The railway is a popular tourist attraction, and is often used as a way to access the many hot springs and other attractions in the Hakone area.
