Doi Inthanon National Park
Doi Inthanon National Park is located in Chiang Mai Province, Thailand. It is the highest mountain in Thailand, standing at 2,565 meters (8,415 feet) above sea level. The park is home to a variety of wildlife, including tigers, leopards, bears, gibbons, and more than 300 species of birds. The park also features a variety of plants, including orchids, rhododendrons, and bamboos. Visitors can explore the park's many trails, waterfalls, and caves, as well as visit the two chedis (stupas) dedicated to the late King Inthanon and Queen Sirikit. The park is also home to a number of ethnic minority villages, where visitors can learn about the culture and traditions of the local people.
