The Hellfire Pass Memorial Museum in Kanchanaburi, Thailand is a museum dedicated to the memory of the thousands of Allied prisoners of war and Asian laborers who died during the construction of the Thai-Burma Railway during World War II. The museum is located in the Hellfire Pass, a narrow gorge cut through the limestone hills of the Tenasserim Range by the prisoners and laborers. The museum features a variety of exhibits, including photographs, artifacts, and personal accounts of the prisoners and laborers. The museum also includes a memorial wall, a replica of the railway, and a walking trail that follows the original route of the railway. The museum is open daily and admission is free.
