Audubon Aquarium of the Americas
Audubon Aquarium of the Americas is a public aquarium located in the historic French Quarter of New Orleans, Louisiana. It is part of the Audubon Nature Institute which also manages the Audubon Zoo and Audubon Park. The aquarium features over 10,000 aquatic animals from over 500 species, including sharks, stingrays, jellyfish, sea turtles, and a variety of fish. The aquarium also features interactive exhibits, educational programs, and a 4-D theater. The aquarium is open daily and offers a variety of special events throughout the year.
