Kanmangafuchi Abyss
Kanmangafuchi Abyss is a scenic ravine located in Nikko, Japan. It is located near the entrance to the famous Toshogu Shrine and is known for its beautiful cherry blossom trees and lush greenery. The ravine is filled with around 70 stone statues of Jizo, a Buddhist deity, which were placed there in the late 19th century. The statues are said to be guardians of the souls of children who have died before their parents. The ravine is a popular spot for visitors to take in the beauty of the area and to pay their respects to the deceased.
