Willis Tower
Willis Tower, formerly known as the Sears Tower, is a 108-story, 1,451-foot (442 m) skyscraper in Chicago, Illinois, United States. It is the tallest building in the United States, the second-tallest in the Americas, and the 14th-tallest in the world. The tower has an observation deck on the 103rd floor called the Skydeck, which offers visitors a spectacular view of the city and Lake Michigan. The tower also houses the Willis Tower Glass Floor, which is a glass balcony that extends 3 feet (1.3 m) from the 103rd floor. The tower is also home to the world's fastest elevators, which can reach speeds of up to 1,600 feet (488 m) per minute.
