Fateh Sagar Lake
Fateh Sagar Lake is an artificial lake situated in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India. It is named after Maharana Fateh Singh of Udaipur and Mewar. The lake is surrounded by hills, palaces, temples, and gardens. It is one of the four lakes of Udaipur, and is a popular tourist destination. The lake is fed by the waters of the River Banas and is connected to Lake Pichola by a canal. The lake has three small islands, the largest of which is home to the Udaipur Solar Observatory and a public park. The lake is also home to a variety of migratory and resident birds.
