History
Delphi is an ancient Greek city located on the slopes of Mount Parnassus in the region of Phocis. It was the site of the most important oracle of the ancient world, the Oracle of Apollo at Delphi. The city was also home to the Delphic Games, a religious and athletic festival held every four years.
