The main tomb is a double-storeyed structure, with a large central dome and four smaller domes surrounding it. The walls of the tomb are decorated with intricate carvings and inlaid marble. The interior of the tomb is decorated with intricate stucco work and frescoes. The tomb is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is considered to be one of the most important examples of Mughal architecture in India.
