How to make Biryani?
- Ingredients:

- -2 cups Basmati Rice
- -1/2 cup Ghee or Clarified Butter
- -1 Onion, finely chopped
- -2 tablespoons Ginger-Garlic Paste
- -2 Green Chillies, finely chopped
- -1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- -1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- -1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- -1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- -1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- -1/2 cup Yogurt
- -1/2 cup Milk
- -1/2 cup Cashew Nuts
- -1/2 cup Raisins
- -1/2 cup Fried Onion
- -1/2 cup Mint Leaves
- -1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
- -Salt to taste
