How to make Kheer?
- Ingredients:

- -1 litre full-fat milk

- -1/2 cup basmati rice

- -1/4 cup sugar
- -1/4 cup raisins
- -1/4 cup chopped almonds
- -1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- -1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
- -1 teaspoon ghee

- Instructions:

- Wash and soak the basmati rice in water for 30 minutes.

- Heat the ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan and add the soaked rice. Fry the rice for 2-3 minutes until it turns golden brown.
