How to make Masala Dosa?
- Ingredients:

- -1 cup of white rice
- -1/2 cup of urad dal
- -1 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds
- -1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- -1 teaspoon of mustard seeds
- -1 teaspoon of asafoetida
- -1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- -1 teaspoon of red chilli powder
- -1 teaspoon of coriander powder
- -1 teaspoon of garam masala
- -Salt to taste
- -Oil for cooking

- Soak the rice and urad dal in water for at least 4 hours.

- Drain the water and grind the rice and urad dal into a fine paste.

- Add the fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt to the paste and mix well.

- Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan.
