How to make Vada Pav?
- Ingredients:
- -2 medium-sized potatoes
- -1/2 cup of chickpea flour
- -1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- -1/4 teaspoon of red chili powder
- -1/4 teaspoon of garam masala
- -1/4 teaspoon of cumin powder
- -1/4 teaspoon of coriander powder
- -1/4 teaspoon of asafoetida
- -Salt to taste
- -Oil for deep frying
- -4-5 pav buns
- Instructions:
- Boil the potatoes and mash them.
