How to make Upma?
- Ingredients:

- -1 cup of semolina (sooji)
- -1/2 cup of chopped onion
- -1/4 cup of chopped carrots
- -1/4 cup of chopped green beans
- -1/4 cup of chopped green bell pepper
- -1/4 cup of frozen peas
- -1 teaspoon of mustard seeds
- -1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- -1 teaspoon of urad dal
- -1 teaspoon of chana dal
- -1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste
- -1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- -1 teaspoon of red chilli powder
- -1 teaspoon of garam masala
- -2 tablespoons of oil
- -Salt to taste
- -2 cups of water

- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
